The candidate must have the following skills and experience:
- Research Systems or Research Management processes experience.
- Facilitate workshops to gather requirements and document outcomes.
- Determine project objectives with the business and project team to ensure the project is set up for success.
- Develop workflow charts and diagrams documenting system capabilities and ensure business acceptance.
- Improve system and processes by studying current practices and documenting new systems and processes.
- Self-starter & can work autonomously.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Work across multiple office locations.
