About the role
Our client is a leading banking and financial organization. They are looking for an experienced Business Analyst.
This is a 6-month contract role.
You would be involved in:
- Develop and execute a plan of work - including schedule integration, coordination of business & technology working group stakeholders, determining analysis techniques and complete analysis activities
- Execute and manage the requirements analysis process through eliciting, ranking and classification of business requirements
- Execute and manage the development of a plan, schedule and resource consumption for requirements and requirements testing activities
- Execute and coordinate activities associated with the development, testing, delivery and transition of a solution for business acceptance
- Management of any bugs fixes or shortfalls pre- and post-delivery of the solution
- Provide guidance and advice business analysis techniques, and proactively seek ways to improve the way the team integrates and delivers services
To be successful for the role, you would ideally have:
- Significant experience as a Senior Business Analyst preferably on large regulatory or compliance technology and data driven projects.
- Knowledge and experience with data and data capability build projects
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute data gathering and testing requirements
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with diverse stakeholder groups
- Strong commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of Data Analytics and Operations end users
- Demonstrated ability to gather, understand and document requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in coordinating requirements gathering workshops
- Demonstrated expertise in plan and coordinating Business Testing to Requirements
- Knowledge and experience of business analysis governance
- Demonstrated knowledge of business analysis evaluation processes and methodologies
- It is preferred that you have Business Analyst Certifications
