Our client is based close to the CBD, they are looking for an Experienced Business Analyst, to work within an implementation project. This is an initial 12-month contract, with opportunity to extend after the initial term.
Duties will include:
- Facilitate business requirements elicitation and analysis for the single finance system
- Work with key business representatives/stakeholders to facilitate decision making on future state processes including Pros & Cons analysis, impacts, opportunities, constraints, and dependencies
- Process modelling
- Document Issue Reports
- Document solution gap analysis and Functional Specs for required customisations
- Document Functional Specs for System Integrations
- Data mapping to facilitate the migration to single master data records
- Business Benefits identification and quantification
- Contribute to development of training material
- Prepare specifications for development of reports
- Prepare test scripts for a range of functions, including interfaces, system integration and reports
- Perform testing and document results as required
- Review the quality of business data and identify areas for data cleansing
Experience required:
- Previous experience working as a Business Analyst in implementation projects
- Previous experience with ERP or SAP Projects
- Excellent documentation skiils
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
