About the role
Our client is a large financial/superannuation enterprise that is looking for multiple BAs to join them on a permanent basis to support project decision making, planning and delivery across a portfolio of complex initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure strategic alignment
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and plan for requirements management for assigned projects
- Prepare and conduct elicitation activities to understand current and desired future state
- Create cross-functional process flows
- Accountable for all form of requirements and familiar with Requirements lifecycle management
- Provide strategic consultation on functional and organisational design
Skills and experience
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience with at least 5 years experience in business analysis
- Extensive knowledge and practice of both waterfall and agile methodologies
- Strong understanding and experience in business architecture, frameworks and processes
- Solid interpersonal skills including a strong ability to communicate and influence effectively across the organisation
- Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills
