Primary Purpose
The Building Support officer will support the property building manager in day to day site management to develop site knowledge, familiarise with the system to run building more effectively.
Building Support officer may be directed to carry out such duties that are within the limits of the employee's skill, competence and training, to assist the Building Manager in meeting its overall objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Contractor & tradesman management, induction, sign off & validate works.
Daily floor walks, perimeter site checks, cleaning inspection & handle deliveries
Handyman jobs, conveying boxes, heavy lifting, Car parking monitoring & manage stock level.
Establish key contact & stakeholder lists - during & out of hours
Assist site management
Key Challenges
Assist Building Manager in responding in a timely manner to day-to-day facility and property issues including failures, breakdowns and non-performance of service providers
Displaying initiative in resolving challenging situations encountered on a day-to-day basis
Develop & maintenance client relationship
Key Relationships
This role will be required to interface on a regular basis with Building manager, contractors, concierge and occupancies.
