Billing Relationship Specialist - Secondment Replacement
The Billing Relationship Specialist is responsible for the management, investigation and resolution of complex commercial billing disputes, claims and enquiries for our clients corporate customers, along with the development of innovative scalable customer-focused processes, reporting and methodologies that improve Customer satisfaction. The Billing Relationship Specialist will manage customer on-boarding activities, participate in negotiations that achieve a win win outcome for customers, along with identifying trends in Billing Enquiries, Claims & Disputes to actively investigate root causes and provide the business with remedial recommendations where appropriate.
- Problem solver, customer centric, independent thinker someone who can manage ambiguity 60% of role is this, billing or finance background is a must, major commercial background, customer base is top end of town major corporates.
