About the role
The Investment Division of the client is delivering a multi-year, strategic business and digital transformation program. The Program is required to engage a Benefits Realisation Manager (BRM). The purpose of this document is to outline the role of the BRM prior to conducting a procurement process.
You should Have
- Integrated within existing MDTs, the BMR must have demonstrated experience in being able to: - identify benefits relating to products and services delivered by the program - identify and implement simple repeatable benefit data reporting mechanisms - describe benefits in qualitative terms - measure identified benefits using quantitative data - forecast benefits for realisation - report against realised and forecasted benefits - review and update (where required) all benefits in line with agile delivery - develop and build sustainable benefit data capability within the MDTs.
- Manage and analyse benefit data to ensure the information is accurate, traceable, and easily understood for internal and external stakeholders.
