- BI Platform Support Specialist
My client is looking for a BI Support specialist who will be responsible for the management of defined applications by installing, configuring, upgrading, administering, monitoring and maintaining the applications to keep them in a usable state, ensuring they are correct, consistent and available at all required times.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Solid BI application support experience across Tableau and one or more of SAP BI4.2 and/or SAP Data Services
- Experience working on SQL
- Support experience for implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of BI applications in complex multi-server environments
- In depth knowledge of BI toolsets from both a development and a front end user perspective
- Install and maintain upgrades, patches, and hot fixes for BI applications
- Solid understanding of integration points and subsequent impact analysis
- Experience with the main Service Management processes such as Service Desk, Change Management, Incident Management, Problem Management with an ITIL framework.
