Our client, an Australian Iconic Enterprise is looking for a BA/Tech Writer to join their team for an initial 6 months + extensions.
You will be required to create user stories, story maps, acceptance criteria (preferably BDD style), process flows and wireframes to clearly communicate a set of functional requirements.
Skills & experience:
- Process documentation experience
- Strong facilitator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to run effective workshops and meetings.
- Demonstrated experience working in an Agile environment
- Ability to influence and challenge requirements and concepts.
- Familiar with AWS and compliance would be preferred
- Ability to work closely with technical folks
- Produce process documentation with an eye for questioning or process improvement.
