Azure Solutions Architect

- Initial 12 month contract in the Perth CBD
- Requires DevOps/ Python/ C# / Azure Containers
A global mining giant is seeking an experienced Azure Solution Architect for an initial 12 month contract possessing experience in Dev Ops, Python, C# and Azure Containers. The ideal candidate has come from a full stack development background that has progressed into architecture.
Responsibilities include:
- Full stack application architecture with some coding
- Produce, review and manage architectural documentation based on business / project requirements
- Ensure the application architecture design and integration is in alignment the client's enterprise architecture and Government standards
- Ensure all architecture artefacts and designs are presented
Key skills:
- Experience in using Microsoft products including Azure App Service, Azure Containers, Azure Cache, Power BI, Azure DevOps & ArchiMate
- Coding experience with Python OR C# required
- DevOps and Azure Containers
- Experience with full-stack application architecture
- Excellent ability to design and implement solutions and models
- Superior skills to examine and identify application structural necessities by evaluating client operations, applications, and programming
- Skilled in preparing accurate design and architecture solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
- Agile methodology delivery experience
Desirable:
- Experience in working with Simulation and Optimisation capabilities highly regarded
- Mining Experience highly desirable
