Our client, a Global Consulting Firm which was recently named one of the 2019 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work for, is currently looking to expand their Sydney Team within both their Technology consulting and Cyber Security Consulting practices.
As part of this organisation, which operates in 20 countries, you will work with a team that solves business problems in technology, business process, analytics, risk, compliance, and internal audit. You will work with a highly collaborative and diverse team which values innovation and taking a tailored approach with clients.
In this role, you will sit within the Technology Consulting Services practice and look at how emerging technologies and changing business models are shifting the role of IT within businesses. You will work with CIOs and IT leaders to design and implement strategies and agendas.
We are looking for a Senior Manager/Associate Director to manage key clients and own client satisfaction. You will be responsible for developing existing opportunities as well as creating new ones by building relationships within the Business Community. You will have direct ownership over client profitability and be seen both internally and externally as an SME in your field.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced leader who takes a creative yet analytical approach to solving client problems. This role requires not just the ability to manage people but to lead, mentor, develop and nurture them as well. Strong client relationship and project management skills are required as well.
Technically, you should have a broad and diverse range of IT systems and skills, especially around areas such as Data Governance, Digital Transformation, Software Development including Agile/DevOps, ITIL and its processes, IT Governance and Risk, Cloud Computing Strategy, Information Security Management, and Infrastructure.
You should also have previous consulting/technical advisory experience or experience in professional services.
