Due to a very busy market, we seek a person who is enthusiastic, has a strong ability (and willingness) to learn about technology, with excellent administration and communication skills.
The responsibilities of the role is very customer service orientated (via telephone) and administrative (creating documents). There is also a large element of customer follow-up/vetting/fielding type calls.
- Phone calls - to customers/clients
- Reviewing documents including resumes
- Lead/Assist in Marketing campaigns
- Meetings - including coffee and lunch meetings
- Research/fact-finding regarding new technologies and trends
- Prioritising daily and weekly activities
- Creating reports/lists and working with Microsoft office
