Our national client is urgently seeking an ArcSight Technical Consultant, in Canberra
As an ArcSight Technical Consultant you will:
- Provide technical direction to solve complex issues and ensure on-time delivery of solutions that meet customer expectations
- Provide technical consulting and advice to customer on-site efforts
- Assist in design enterprise-scale projects for the clients/ArcSight's solutions and products
- Develop reusable innovative solutions that demonstrate a deep technical knowledge of the products, processes, and the customer environment
- Deliver world-class consulting to some of the largest companies in the world
The successful candidate must, have experience in:
- ArcSight ESM
- ArcSight Express
- ArcSight Logger
- ArcSight ArcMC
- FlexConnectors
- Use Case Development
- 8+ years working with ArcSight products, Enterprise Architecture and Global Customers to expert or Architect level
- Performance tuning and heavy customization of ArcSight deployment
- Wide background knowledge in information security and compliance, a wide range of other technologies
