Peoplebank are currently looking to engage an Applications Support Team Leader / Application Support Manager to join an innovative company on a contract basis, based in Adelaide.
Ideally, you will have experience of setting up new Application Support team processes, policies and procedures, with experience of leading people through periods of change.
To be suitable for this role you will demonstrate the following:
- Demonstrated experience working in an application development environment, with a deep understanding of development processes, tools, source code management
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Understanding of Systems Development Lifecycle
- Experience working with software vendors
- Experience in IT service delivery management with thorough knowledge of ITIL in particular, incident management, problem management and change management
- Evidence of successfully leading significant business focussed change initiatives
- Solid understanding of business needs and customer focus beyond the technical/technology aspects
- Understanding of ALM, UFT and Loadrunner
