A reputed client is seeking an Application Support Officer who has great knowledge working with in house software with help of API integration.
Responsibilities include:
- Be the first point of contact for internal and external customers for all technical inquiries.
- Take phone calls and emails from customers about their technical needs.
- Troubleshoot any technical issues through to resolution and escalate when necessary.
- Assist with development and improvement of technical support policies and procedures.
Key skills:
- Understanding of API integration
- Understanding of HTTP coding to be able to log and escalate tickets accurately
- Java knowledge advantageous
- PHP knowledge advantageous
- Rest API knowledge advantageous
