Your role will include managing the onshore and off shore Application Support team on all Level 1-3 Application Support, providing specialist support and finding resolutions, ensuring application functionality, and seeking to improve processes by suggesting changes as well as supporting project releases. You will also manage support queues and ensure all incidents are resolved in a timely manner and ensure functionality and availability for all users in the production environment.

Tertiary qualified, you are an impressive and career focused Applications Support professional with significant experience gained working in reputable organisations. Excellent presentation and communication skills will be essential for operating with key stakeholders and providing direction and guidance to an offshore team. You are a passionate self-starter for identification of automation, elimination of BAU work and cost reduction initiatives.
