We are looking to hire an experienced Application Support Analyst for one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To provide application support services to the customer portal
- Responding to incidents and service Requests as required
- Performing data maintenance via SQL
- Performing interface maintenance using various transfer technologies including unixshell and perl
- Supporting user acceptance testing activities.
Technical SKills Required
- Unix Experience (Linux/AIX)
- Shell Scripting
- Perl Scripting
- Oracle SQL experience
- Oracle Weblogic 12
