We are looking to hire an Application Support Analyst for one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
General experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong experience across various applications including but not limited to data, ETL, datastage, Microsoft, Windows etc…
- Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to start within 2 weeks
This role will mainly be to identify and resolve production support incidents and issues. Provide change impact advise. Coordinate activities with other related groups to provide a safe and stable run environment.
