An excellent opportunity for an Application Support Analyst has become available for one of our clients in Adelaide.
You will be part of the Information Technology group that is responsible for the production support and delivery of business and system changes for all Microsoft related applications.
Responsibilities include:
- Identifies and resolves issues within applications
- Reviews requirements and specifications, and defines test conditions
- Day to day operational management of the SharePoint platform
The successful candidate will ideally have the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in SharePoint administration
- Strong knowledge of Office365, SQL and PLSQL
- Experience in release management and test plan preparation
- Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- ITIL certification is desirable
