Application Specialist
A highly reputable client is seeking a talented, highly passionate Oracle Application Specialist who will be the primary technical resource for the client's suite of applications.
Responsibilities include:
- Investigating, analysing & prioritising issues for users
- Manage a suite of applications & assist users through the testing processes
- Ensure application maintenance processes are carried out
- Develop & maintain system administration documentation
- Develop test plans & procedues
Key skills:
- Technical experience with supporting application landscapes in one or more of the following areas including:
- Oracle Databases, Oracle Opera Web Services, Oracle Payment Interface
- Site & WordPress
- SAGE X3 ERP
- Trim
- Galaxy Point of Sale
- Windcave Payment Gateway
- Understanding of SaaS applications, integration, data structures & relational databases
- Understanding of application security
- Strong aptitude for data integrity
- The natural ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical problems
- Strong problem solving ability & attention to detail
- Adaptable and can move with an ever-changing environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
