Overview:
We are currently recruiting for a Solution Architect to work in a dynamic team environment within the Health Insurance Sector.
The Role
The successful candidate will be required to architect Marketing and Campaign Management Systems and understand how to process and store the lead data these solutions generate.
The project will require strong stakeholder management skills.
Customer Transformation projects experience is a big advantage.
Key Requirements
Required:
- Can lead stakeholder conversations confidently
- CRM programmes experience
- Marketing and Campaign Management System experience, preferably Adobe Campaign Manager
- Experience with PEGA
- Understand Data warehousing from a Marketing perspective.
Nice to have:
- Insurance industry experience
- Customer Transformation project experience.
