Initial 6 months contract

Location: Western Sydney

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Application Support Analyst. Working closely with business stakeholders, you will be responsible for application access management and software licensing reviews.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain registers and records of all IT software usage, including functions
  • supported and critical stakeholders
  • Provide support for the patch management program to maintain application protection
  • Follow up on the technical currency of all license requests and maintenance agreements
  • and actioning the monitoring and reporting of application access
  • Monitor and present findings of capacity reports, and identify performance risks;
  • support the development of long term forecasts and management of emerging risks;
  • Develop and review project documentation including business requirement and
  • Review and Analyse vendor activity supporting applications

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Degree in IT or relevant discipline
  • Specialised Professional with IT Operational experience with Demonstrated technical expertise in application or infrastructure technical support.
  • Understanding of ITIL
  • Transition Management
  • Experience in reviewing software licenses
  • Excellent Communication Skills
