A large scale utilities and energy industry is seeking a Application Developer (Java/.NET/Cloud) for a contract role that will be responsible for development & testing utilizing Java/.net development, within a Cloud environment.
Responsibilities:
- Strong Server side OR API development;
- Experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate / .NET, C#,MS SQL
- Software design, coding, verification & documentation for complex applications & scripts;
- QA best practise procedures;
- Development estimation & scheduling;
Key skills:
- Strong experience in a server side OR API development role;
- Experience with Java, Spring, Hibernate/ .NET, C#,MS SQL
- Familiarity with Cloud Services (Azure);
- Previous experience working with Agile Methodology;
- Strong analytical ability;
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written;
- Ability to work within a team environment or independently.
