Our client is looking for an Application Solution Architect to join its IT team on a contract basis. Woking on site for a financial institution you will be responsible for providing solutions in areas of disaster recovery, data integrity and security. You will also evaluate and recommend software technologies in these areas and evaluate alternatives and analyse problems with data infrastructures.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Previous Experience as a Solution Architect
- Solid understanding of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF
- Strong experience in application architecture in an enterprise environment.
- Extensive experience on application development and application transformation projects.
- Experience in producing documents relating to application architecture, design steps, integration processes and testing procedures
- Experience within financial services will be highly desirable
