Analyst Programmer

JOB PURPOSE

Reporting & Data solution services to various business units and integrating with many components in IT infrastructure to provide a unique self-service data analytics. The individual will be responsible to manage, deliver and support activities related to reports built using Business Objects 4.2 Web-Intelligence and Crystal Reports.

The individual for the Enterprise Data-Reporting Platform initiatives will be responsible for delivery of all project and support activities to ensure continuous improvement.

The individual will be responsible for all Project deliverables and will be using client standard and process to deliver outcomes. The technical expertise must have extensive exposure to Tableau development and administration.

JOB HOLDER RESPONSIBILITIES

Core responsibilities:

• Knowledge of building reports in Business Objects 4.2 and Crystal Reports 2016
• Knowledge of building new universes and data mappings within them for building Web-Intelligence Reports
• Experience with SQL in writing queries and stored procedures. Working experience with large data warehouse and data models is advantageous.
• Good Analytical skill to perform data analysis and Troubleshooting issues within reports and universes.
• Experience in AWS cloud is preferred
• Participate in customer team meetings and conversations with client personnel to understand business and technical requirements including requirements definition.
• Plan for and conduct implementation activities.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical topics to management and non-technical audiences, as well as interface with the customer
