Our large financial services client is in the midst of a strategic, multi-year program, part of which encompasses an Agile Transformation.
They are looking for an experienced Agile Coach who has previously coached a COTS implementation to join a team of 5 other coaches currently on the trnsformation. This role will provide continuous coaching for delivery team, stakeholders and leaders across the transformation.
We are looking for Agile Champions with experience on large scale, complex transformation programs, ideally in the financial services sector. Our ideal candidate will have experience in SaFE and have Agile at scale. Ideally you will also have coached at a senior level.
