2 x SAFe Agile Coaches

Our client, a market leading energy provider, in response to strong year-on-year profit growth has embarked on a major strategic technology transformation, in-sourcing many of their key technology and software functions. The program is currently 200 people with 15-20 teams, expecting to grow to 30 teams.

We are looking for experienced Agile coaches, who have battle scars, are more pragmatists than theorists and have proven experience leading SAFe Agile practices and operating frameworks, which unlock value and deliver organisation wide capability uplift through periods of growth.

You will be joining a stable, growing and positive team culture with a willing attitude. Your success will be measured equally on results and by your ability to progressively build strong relationships, take people on the journey and oversee positive change through growth. You will be part of a close-knit brethren of fantastic Agile Coaches, reporting to, and working with an established Program Director who has the trust and confidence of their ELT. These are brand new roles, created to support the program.

There are two separate long term contracts available:


  • Program
  • Experience in working on and supporting SAFe software programs of work.
  • Hands on experience in supporting both program and teams to define, plan and delivery value based goals through PI's
  • Business
  • Experience and clear understanding of operational model design and understanding of the intricate detail of Agile at Scale
  • Experience in training and supporting leaders / employees in the new agile ways of working as defined in the operating model design
