One of Australia's largest banks is looking for an experienced Agile Coach for a 6 month contract to work on a large transformation program.
This role will see you provide ongoing coaching for project teams and stakeholders as they uplift their Agile Capability and transition from Waterfall to Agile. In this role, you will play an active role in engaging with the business to champion Agile by leading by example and bringing people on the Agile journey. By adapting your approach, you will coach, mentor and facilitate change within the teams.
Ideally, you will have Deep understanding of a variety of Agile methods such as Scrum, XP, Feature Driven Development, Kanban, Lean and DevOps with the ability to transfer that understanding to all levels of the organisation. Experience with Continuous Integration, Automated Testing, Test-Driven Development, and Pair Programming or other agile engineering practices is important. You will also have experience with SAFe or LeSS within a large and complex enterprise organisation.
