We are immediately looking for an Agile Coach to join a large transformation program based in the CBD. Working for one Australia's foremost organizations, you will be part of a team of Agile evangelists who will provide ongoing coaching for delivery teams, stakeholders, and leaders at a projet, program and enterprise level.
We are looking for Agile Champions who will help expand the agile practice throughout the organisation. You should have experience with Lean Thinking, Design Thinking, various Agile Frameworks and Methods including Scrum, XP, Kanban, SaFE, Lean, and LeSS. Ideally, you will also have worked within an Enterprise organisation coaching, training, or consulting Agile teams.
We are looking for candidates who are experienced in introducing a new way of working and being able to demonstrate what the new way will look like within a complex organisation.
