- Bring the senior leadership team on the Agile Journey
One of Australia's largest financial institutions is looking for an Agile Coach to work with senior memebers of their leadership and Agile Teams. You will be responsible for working across multiple teams and agile methods ensuring that Agile is adopted according to best practice and that the Agile values are embraced by the organsiation.
You will deliver coaching to ensure that collaboration, communication and customers are at the centre of everything the team does. You will support the organisation's Agile Community by providing Executive coaching and mentoring alongside informal training events such as Lean Coffee. You will also ensure that peers are trained in Agile via Train the Trainer events.
Ideally, you will be a Passionate Agile Practitioner with experience in working a large scale Agile environments with multiple scrum teams. Previous work in highly regulated environments such as Financial Services would be beneficial.
