This large Australian organisation is currently looking for an Agile Business Analyst with Marketing experience to work on a range of projects that are personalising marketing campaigns and creating multiple digital touchpoints through enhanced communications and cross channels opportunities.
As the Agile Business Analyst using your marketing or campaign knowledge, you will be responsible to drive the business relationships across multiple teams whilst drawing out their requirements. You'll be engaging and managing these key stakeholders and supporting the product owner, whilst working in a Scrum team writing Features, Epics and User stories.
Experience
- Experience as an Agile Business Analyst in large complex environments
- Must have Agile experience
- Must be experience in SCRUM writing, Features, Epics and User Stories
- Must have experience in Marketing or Campaign Management or Customers Programs or Members programs
- Prefer experience in the Adobe Marketing Stack ideally Adobe Campaign
- An ability to build exceptionally strong relationships with stakeholders across different business units including IT, Operations, Digital, Insights, Business etc
- Proven ability to successfully gather requirements and get results
- Previous experience working with system implementation projects
- Understand business functionality and translate it into project requirements
- Strong analytical and product management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational and project requirements

- Create compelling business cases with accurate cost and effort estimations
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and techniques such as BDD, TDD, CI/CD etc
