About the Role
Designing, developing and maintaining analytics applications and implementation. A strong focus is placed on analysis and design work to ensure optimal structure of the tagging elements covering multiple websites with multiple customer groups. Key responsibilities will include;

  • Designing, implementing, and testing tagging to support online analytics tasks through Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
  • Developing process documentation.
  • Working with multiple stakeholders to evaluate, and confirm digital analytics requirements
  • Ensuring tasks are completed within agreed time frames and maintaining necessary design and systems security standards
  • Providing SME support on digital analytics tagging implementation
  • Proactively championing the need for accurate and reliable user activity analysis across the organisation to ensure this important activity is included in all new online developments
  • Feedback results and make suggestions to stakeholders on how to optimise the use of our tagging solutions
  • Support the Optimisation team in defining and executing test experiences in Adobe Target and Adobe Audience Manager


About You
Key skills and experiences required will include;

  • 2+ years in digital analytics in the technical creation and deployment of digital analytics tracking tags
  • 1+ years' experience with Adobe Target
  • 2+ years' experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
  • Advanced skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Analytics tagging implementation experience, preferably with Ensighten
  • Adobe Experience Manager experience an advantage
  • Ability to understand the essential needs of stakeholders and meet these through well-designed, implemented, and tested tagging solutions
