My client is a leading telecom organisation looking for an Administration Assistant due to growth and increase in volume of work to support their Project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide an efficient administrative support service which may include the preparation of presentation materials, general correspondence and assisting in the recording of meeting details both internally and with customers.
  • Type the minutes up within the timeframe agreed with manager
  • Adhoc compilation of weekly, monthly and ad-hoc project reporting.
  • Maintain project team office equipment.
  • Order and maintain stationary supplies.
  • Organise purchase card purchases and payments/raise purchase requisitions.

Key Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years as an Administrator supporting a service provider or the corporate sector.
  • Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
  • The Administration Assistant must have demonstrable in-depth expertise with:
    • Preparation of project status reports.
    • Executive administration support.
    • Taking and preparing meeting minutes.
    • MS Office product suite.
