My client is a leading telecom organisation looking for an Administration Assistant due to growth and increase in volume of work to support their Project teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an efficient administrative support service which may include the preparation of presentation materials, general correspondence and assisting in the recording of meeting details both internally and with customers.
- Type the minutes up within the timeframe agreed with manager
- Adhoc compilation of weekly, monthly and ad-hoc project reporting.
- Maintain project team office equipment.
- Order and maintain stationary supplies.
- Organise purchase card purchases and payments/raise purchase requisitions.
Key Skills:
- Minimum of 3 years as an Administrator supporting a service provider or the corporate sector.
- Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
- The Administration Assistant must have demonstrable in-depth expertise with:
- Preparation of project status reports.
- Executive administration support.
- Taking and preparing meeting minutes.
- MS Office product suite.
