Job Description

A well-established Accounting and Wealth Management firm have a rare opportunity for an administration all-rounder to join their supportive and dedicated team of professionals.

Working as part of a team, you will draw on your high level of customer service, administration, coordination and communication skills to effectively support the business and their clients. As part of this role you will primarily be responsible for the following:

  • Preparation of financial statements and tax returns
  • Reconciling Xero files for clients and preparing Business Activity Statements
  • Assisting with range of tasks as required, including and not limited to
    • Client queries
    • Liaising with ATO
    • Projects
    • Self Managed Super Funds

Whilst experience with Xero or exposure within an Accounting firm would be ideal, it is definitely not essential. Essential will be your love of numbers, your 'can do' attitude with a true willingness to take ownership of this role. You will demonstrate high attention to detail, superior organisational skills and be an engaging, customer focused individual.
