Our Federal Government Client is seeking the expertise of Admin/Client Support Officer for a contract role.
What you will do:
- Provide support to internal and external enquiries either by phone or email
- Provide appropriate responses to both internal and external client enquiries
- Perform general administrative tasks and other ad-hoc services as required
To be successful you will:
- Possess well developed communication and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated ability to provide clear and concise advice to internal and external clients
- Have excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to work effectively independently or as part of a team
- Efficient in quickly acquiring knowledge of both business processes and ICT Systems
