You will have the experience and ability to build the business and manage an entire recruitment service from labour hire to permanent placements. Focusing on business development, we are looking for someone with a thorough understanding of the Sydney market.
Your role will focused on the following:
Client and Commercial Management - focusing on key relationships
Business Development / Account Management
Candidate management sourcing, interviewing and selection
You will need to be able to demonstrate:
- Extensive experience in the recruitment industry, ideally with banking and finance clients.
- Your ability to understand the needs of our clients and their recruitment requirements
- Your ability to identify new business opportunities and build on existing relationships.
- Experience in negotiation and Interviewing techniques
- Your experience meeting quarterly and yearly business targets
- Excellent communication, time management and relationship management skills
- Demonstrate Process Quality, experience working with HR Databases
