About the Role
A Performance Tester ensures that their work is effectively executed and that allocated activities are completed in a structured, consistent manner in accordance with agreed test guidelines. They use their in-depth knowledge to provide technical advice and contribute to the outcomes of the team. The Performance Tester works under the general direction and support of senior staff. They exercise a degree of independent judgement and make decisions within defined parameters that require reliance on skills and knowledge.
Key Tasks/Duties
- Understand and analyse performance test requirements
- Performance testing experience using Load Runner and C programming language preferably in Siebel platform
- Ability to create and maintain performance test scripts
- Experience in Load and Stress testing
- Ability to identify performance bottlenecks/root cause and suggest solutions
- Ability to translate performance test results for interpretation
- Working knowledge of Gatling/Jmeter (preferred)
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Minimum 2 years of performance testing experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with LoadRunner and C programming language
- Understand and analyse performance test requirements
