Our Federal Government Client is seeking a highly motivated, self-starter to join our newly formed Workforce Analytics and Aurion Projects team at the APS5/6 level on a non-ongoing basis or temporary S26 transfer for an initial period of 6 months.
The roles incumbent will support the Senior Analytics Officer in developing our Analytics framework and strategy, providing data and metrics to our Executive Management and other internal stakeholders. They will also support the agency's staff with our recent transition to Aurion Managed Payroll by responding to queries via phone and email and escalating and managing queries to the Aurion Service Centre. In peak times there will be an opportunity to assist the wider HR branch and Senior Management as required.
The successful candidate must have extensive Aurion experience including experience with Aurion Query Tool and reporting to extract and manipulate HR data. It is highly desirable they will also have experience with payroll processing, experience in a shared services/managed payroll environment, and experience interpreting and advising on conditions of service.
