Hello all,

We are currently looking for an AGILE Implementation Manager for Andrew Lee. This will be an initial 12-month Max-term assignment.

The job spec. is enclosed, along with the questions to ask at your interview with the candidates to ensure their behaviours are aligned with this position.

The process will be as follows:

  1. Candidate interview with Recruiter
  2. CV Sent to Andrew (Copy Katie and myself in)
  3. If requested for interview - Gallup Culture Assessment
  4. 1st Interview
  5. 2nd Interview
  6. Offer
  7. References & Background Check



Salary - we could go to $160K Base, however keen to see candidates lower than this who can grow into an AGILE Coach position in the future. Their skills must be complemented with excellent behaviours.
