We currently have a number of opportunities available for AEM Developers working onshore across Australia (Melbourne & Sydney etc) working on a range of cutting-edge projects with our tier one clients.

We are looking for AEM Developers with Frontend and/or Backend experience who can design and develop software with activities that include coding, testing, deployment scripting and configuration in all relevant domains and related technologies.

Your Experience

  • 5+ years relevant industry experience or demonstrated capability in similar role
  • Web Application Development experience
  • Development experience with Adobe Experience Manager and other relevant experience with the Adobe suite.
  • Experience with OSGI Services and OSGI Configurations
  • Experience with Dispatcher
  • Experience for Frontend:
    • Experience Integrating HTML 5 /CSS 3/JavaScript into AEM
    • Storybook Integration
    • Experience with Design Language Systems
  • Experience for Backend:
    • Worked with AMS
    • Worked with AEM and AEM Forms
    • Worked with AEM and Adobe Campaign
    • Worked with Azure or AWS
    • Worked with Docker and AEM
    • Worked with Akamai and AEM
    • Worked with CI/CD and AEM
  • Previous experience working within the scaled agile framework (SAFe) is highly regarded
  • Strong communication skills both technical and non-technical
  • Good understanding of test-driven development, continuous integration and building high quality solutions

Team Skills

  • Experience working in an agile team utilising the scrum tool set
  • Experience mentoring and guiding junior developers
  • Demonstrated ability to lead meetings and team activities
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management bridging the technology and business stack
  • Knowledge of modern leadership practices will be highly regarded

Academic Requirement

Tertiary qualification majoring in technology or technology-related subjects, or appropriate industry experience
