Our client operate a mid sized IT consulting firm. They have a very strong name in the market and work with Tier 1 organisations. Further more they have a very forward thinking and down to earth workplace culture - great people!
Due to an increase in workload we require a project administrator/events co-ordinator to join the team (3 days per week)
The responsibilities of role revolve around tracking and reporting on all in flight projects and also to get involved in any general admin/office admin. These include:
- Project Reporting
- Project Administration
- Collating documentation
- Chasing documents from 3rd parties
- Working with project team on admin
- Organise office events
- General administration
The successful person will come from an IT project background, you will be very organised and comfortable with any administration task. This role is 3 days a week and could suit someone coming back into the workforce.
There is also flexibility - you can work any 3 days and flexible on working frmo home.
