About the role
In this key position of 3rd level onsite technical support, you will be responsible for providing Networking & Security, Onsite technical support across windows and cisco products to mid size blue-chip clients.
- Lead the technical delivery ( install, configure & integrate) of customer solutions - Windows Server, Exchange and Office365
- Minimising risk to the customer's network & business - experience with netgear and cisco firewalls and routers
- Consult with clients and provide quotations for the design & implementation
- Provide complex technical advice, recommendations and customer consultancy on networks, infrastructure, products and services
Skills & experience
- 6+ years experience in an onsite client facing role
- Pre-sales & Post Sales experience will be an advantage
- Solution design & deployment within the network & security field
- Cisco CCIE or CCNP
- MCSE or MCSA
- ** Must have own car and current drivers licence**
