Our client is a leading government agency and is looking for a Business Readiness Officer to support administration, reporting and delivery of initiatives for the Business Readiness Team.

This role will see you ddevelop a sound understanding and knowledge base of the Agency and Scheme's purpose, priorities, reforms and can influence outcomes.

Your responsibilities would include:

  • Manage status reporting and action registers including, Business Readiness Dashboards, Change & Issue Register and change release schedules.
  • Be action oriented to manage and coordinate administrative functions including; FOE calendar, meeting invites, deployment schedules, reporting, document plans, manage task trackers, collect data and create executive level presentations.
  • Work alongside Technical teams and Business areas to develop and document Business Readiness action plans to enable successful implementation.
  • Design contemporary and accessible communications foster collaborative relationships that build and promote a quality service offering for the Business Readiness Team.
  • Collaborate with the Employee Network to foster relationships and be an advocate for change.
  • Support reporting and documentation of Assistive Technology user requirements and business cases.
  • Support the Business Readiness team to achieve successful outcomes such as; training sessions, roadshows, calendar management and workshops.

Your skills and experience will see you bring:

  • Demonstrated administration /or project management experience with a particular focus on business readiness and change implementation
  • Strong communication and engagement skills operating across a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Ability to produce reports, surveys and manage business readiness and change tools
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting agreed work targets and standards to deliver quality outcomes
  • Competent with IT Systems, applications, project management tools e.g., VISIO, excel,
  • Experience working in complex operating environments
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment, and balance competing priorities within tight timeframes
  • Familiar with use of range of project management and change tools
  • ICT Release Management reporting (Desirable)
