Our Federal Government Client is looking for a Test Data Manager for a large program of work.
This role will assist with the establishment of processes, framework and governance standards for the Program
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Provide Test Data expertise to streams and projects on testing data.
- Assess the Test Data requirements for environment management as defined by the Testing team and other stakeholders.
- Work with stakeholders including SME's and the testing team to create and maintain test data creation automations scripts to provision test data as required by testing services.
- Assess potential data extraction tools.
- Implement data processes and governance.
- In-depth understanding of the requirements
- To develop framework and consistent process to support data transformation and refresh activities
- Leverage tools, existing BAU resources and techniques to simplify, automate and optimise the use of test data
- Apply data sub-setting techniques to create realistic and manageable test databases as required
- Apply data privatisation techniques as required
- Effectively and efficiently recycle and reuse data
- Alignment of data between applications and databases
- Manage the processes and engagement of appropriate stakeholders required for data extraction.
- Perform/assist in root cause analysis of incidents and defects within Environments.
- Support the day to day running of Test Data within the Program including conflict resolution, availability and test support.
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in:
- Experience in test data management in complex organisations with 100+ applications.
- Experience in supporting test data in organisations with very little maturity or green fields.
- Experience in Test landscapes that include many integrated systems, various stakeholders and multiple vendor teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian Citizens who currently hold or are able to gain an Australian Government security clearance
