Our client an industry leading organisation within Financial service are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to Join a large-scale project within their high performing devops Team As an senior software Engineer , you will be required to build strong working relationships with key business and ES stakeholders to improve outcomes, drive engineering standards across Tribes and Portfolios, identify engineering improvement opportunities to improve our status on Risk, compliance, vulnerabilities and general health of our technical solutions, while improving our E2E engineering outcomes to drive better technical outcomes across A&I.
The Successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Python
Key Requirements
- Strong exposure to financial business systems and technologies.
- Prior experience in Python, Building CI/CD tools and Unix.
- Deep understanding of database fundamentals.
- Experience working with complex data and metrics.
- strong background working in a devops environment.
- Exposure to a cloud Environment - AWS Integration projects.
- Programming/software development (PROG)
- Building CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Antifactory, GitHub. DIgital.AI.
- SQL Database experience good to have. Some data involved.
- Able to work in complex, multi-system environment
- DevOps experience
