Senior Salesforce Developer

We are looking to hire an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer for one of our premier clients. This role plays an integral part of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure that goals and objectives of new business development requests are accomplished within prescribed time frames. The incumbent must consistently aim to deliver quality services and/or solutions that meet business requirements and ensure that goals are accomplished in line with business objectives.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design, lead and build the technical solution for ongoing enhancements and projects within our organisation to drive process excellence across the user base
- Develop design documents, APEX code, test and support the Salesforce system
- Work as an integral part of a Salesforce team and liaise directly with the IT Team and business units in an Agile environment
- Deliver Salesforce solutions to enable business growth and efficiency
- Accountable for the code and solution that is currently in place and find continues ways to improve it
- Drive high quality deliverable in agreed time frames
- Develop and maintain highly customised Salesforce environment with multiple integration's to other systems
- Participate in code reviews of existing code changes and new enhancements / projects
- Ensure knowledge transfer to remove or mitigate key person dependency
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies
