Our client, one of the big 4 banks in Australia is looking for Senior Change Analyst to join their team for an initial 6 - 12 months + potential extensions.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years' experience as a Senior Change Analyst (or similar role) is essential for the successful candidate
- Previous experience supporting business change delivery is essential
- Previous experience supporting Change in the Financial Services sector is preferable
- Ability to support and deliver an enhanced colleague, customer, and operational experience in fast paced and dynamic delivery environment
- Ability to apply change management principles, techniques & tools
- Strong engagement and stakeholder management skills
- Identify delivery risks and develop aligned risk mitigation tactics
- Working knowledge of Prosci/ADKAR change management methodology
