Our client, an Australian Iconic Enterprise is looking for Customer Journey Manager who has a deep understanding of customer wants and needs obtained through an intense curiosity to understand both the 'what' and the 'why'.
The Customer Journey Manager is a true jack of all trades and is comfortable wearing many hats - they are equally comfortable working data & data scientists, customers, design researchers, front line team members and executives and can draw on many of these sources to tell a great story.
Skills & Experience:
- 7 years' experience in Customer Experience, Product management, design thinking or similar discipline
- Strong track record in delivering solutions in a large, complex organisation
- Ability to negotiate and influence outcomes while maintaining positive and collaborative stakeholder relationships
- Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects across a wide range of stakeholders
