About the role
Working closely with senior engineers, you will work collaboratively with ICT Operations and the Agency more broadly.
Responsibilities
- Configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimising all new and existing network and communications systems.
- Work as an onsite liaison to both senior technical staff and vendors.
- Support the Agency's telephony and unified communications services, including video conferencing and audio-visual technologies.
Skills and experience
- Experience covering Infrastructure, Telephony and Networks.
- Demonstrated minimum of 3 years' experience in ICT operations roles.
- Sound understanding of ITIL best practice.
