Job Description


This is an urgent requirement as the Project Manager/ Project Lead will be managing and overseeing the Accommodation program.

Role: Lead Project Manager -Office Fitout & Accommodation

Duration 6-12 months rolling contract

Location: Central, Sydney, travel required (to Burwood, Greensquare, Belmore etc when necessary)

Objective:

To deliver the strip out & fit out of offices under the program and the relocation of staff into temporary and permanent accommodation.

Requirements:

  1. Previous experience leading a small team of Project Managers.
  2. Project Management experience in office fit outs within medium to large programs space
  3. Experience managing construction sites and managing prime contractors would be an advantage.
  4. Demonstrate a high level of safety and risk knowledge across site construction projects.
  5. Demonstrate a high-level planning and problem-solving skills with the ability to apply them across site-based construction projects.
